Ocean Park is closed every Tuesday.
Airport transfers will only wait up to 90 minutes after the given arrival time.
Airport transfer service is available from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM Hong Kong time.
Midnight surcharge (06:00 AM–07:59 AM or 10:01 PM–12:00 AM) is USD 65 per way.
Early morning surcharge (12:01 AM–05:59 AM) is USD 180 per way.
Flight changes must be notified at least 24 hours before departure. Otherwise, USD 15 per person may apply.
Non-Filipino passport holders may have an additional surcharge of USD 30 per person.
Skipping the HK City Tour or shopping stops may incur a surcharge of USD 30 per person.
Mandatory tipping for Hong Kong City Tour: HKD 50 per person.
One standard-size luggage per payable passenger is included.
Excess luggage is USD 3 per piece per way, subject to coach space availability.
The driver has the right to reject oversized luggage.
